The two-year graduate programme will support you to develop the core skills, behaviours and technical ability to become a successful engineering professional, with transferable skills across multiple disciplines, including Project Management, HSE, Consultancy and Turnkey Projects. During the programme you will rotate through the different Irideum team functions to gain a holistic understanding of engineering and build knowledge of how each function operates alongside the wider business.
