We need a good understanding of ITSM and ITOM processes. We are looking for exposure to ServiceNow Virtual Agent and/or RPA tools. We need strong JavaScript programming skills. We are looking for someone with a proactive, problem-solving mindset and a desire to continuously learn and grow. Desirable: experience working in complex or public sector environments. Due to the nature of the work, you must be eligible for SC Clearance, including 5 years continuous UK residency. Responsibilities: We design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules, with a focus on Virtual Agent and RPA-driven workflows. We work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions. We implement and configure ServiceNow Virtual Agent to enhance customer and user experience. We integrate RPA tools with ServiceNow to automate repetitive processes and improve operational efficiency. We monitor, troubleshoot, and optimise platform performance to ensure reliability and responsiveness.
