Our client is in the financial and professional services industry and they have been evolving and they are now looking to bring in a Sales Director, the successful candidate will drive sales strategies and teams while being involved in high level sales. This is a senior role, you will need director experience to be considered for this role. Salary Negotiable basic salary + up to 20% bonus + vehicle Fantastic benefits package included as well as a hybrid vehicle, parking on site and extra annual leave. Responsibilities: Sales strategy Driving new business Market Analysis Set and monitor KPIs, as well as reporting/forecasting Develop training programme for new colleagues Requirements: Proven work experience at director level (2-3 years+ ideal) Ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organisation. Experience with CRM software and planning/reporting tools. In-depth understanding of the market structure and trends would be ideal, but not essential. Excellent negotiation and leadership skills. Strong decision-making abilities. Degree in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field would be ideal.
