Eden Scott is delighted to be supporting EPCA as they grow their Building Surveying / Project Management team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an early - mid career stage Building Surveyor to work with a highly established business, on a diverse range of projects.
This role offers the chance to work on a variety of commercial, hospitality and industrial projects, taking responsibility for building surveys and project management from inception to completion.
The ideal candidate will be experienced in providing expert advice, managing refurbishments and maintenance projects, and ensuring compliance with building regulations.
Key Responsibilities include:
* Conducting building surveys, inspections, and dilapidation surveys across various sectors.
* Preparing detailed technical reports, including schedules of condition.
* Leading and managing refurbishment, maintenance, and new construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
* Developing project timelines, budgets, and ensuring cost-effective and high-quality outcomes.
* Working closely with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
Requirements
* Degree in Building Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
* RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) membership or working towards accreditation.
* Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
* Full UK driving licence mandatory.
