About the Role:
We're looking for a Sales Manager to join our team in the Shrewsbury Showroom!
About The Role
We're seeking a Sales Manager to drive sales in a £multi-million kitchen showroom, inspire the sales team to meet targets, and create inspiring kitchen designs.
We offer a basic salary of £28,000 plus an uncapped commission structure OTE £40k!
Main Responsibilities:
* Ensure every customer experiences design excellence and is sold their dream kitchen.
* Identify opportunities to increase showroom sales.
* Assist the General Manager in recruiting and training staff.
* Deliver exceptional customer service.
Additionally, adhere to policies and procedures related to Health and Safety as outlined in the IMS Responsibilities document.
About You
* Proven success in a big-ticket retail environment.
* Sales-driven with a positive, hands-on attitude.
* Ability to coach, motivate, and inspire others to achieve KPIs.
* Ability to travel occasionally for training or regional meetings.
* Willing to work weekends and bank holidays.
