HR Business Partner

About the Role:
As an HR Business Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing strategic and operational HR support across a range of functions. You will play a key role in shaping and delivering the people agenda, supporting organisational development, and enhancing leadership capability.
Key Responsibilities
* Build strong relationships with managers and leaders, offering strategic and tactical HR guidance.
* Coach and empower managers on all HR-related matters, including employee relations, performance, and development.
* Manage complex ER cases, ensuring compliance with employment law and internal policies.
* Lead workforce planning initiatives in collaboration with Finance and Early Careers teams.
* Support talent management processes including succession planning, talent reviews, and learning needs analysis.
* Partner with Talent Acquisition to ensure a robust pipeline of top-tier talent.
* Drive key people processes such as performance reviews, OKRs, and salary reviews.
* Use HR data and insights to inform decision-making and improve business outcomes.
* Collaborate with Centres of Excellence to enhance HR service delivery and promote continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in a similar HR role within a commercial environment.
* Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation and employee relations frameworks.
* Experience supporting organisational change and development initiatives.
* CIPD Level 5 qualification (or equivalent).
* Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to build credibility at all levels.
* Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decisions.
* A proactive, collaborative, and solutions-focused approach.
