Pay: £88 - £115 per day (depending on experience)

Role
* Provide tailored support to pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
* Assist pupils with a range of additional needs, including Autism (ASC), ADHD, PMLD, MLD, and SEMH
* Support pupils' academic, social, emotional, and personal development
* Help create a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment
* Work closely with teachers and wider support staff to deliver personalised learning strategies
* Encourage communication, independence, confidence, and positive behaviour
* Support pupils with personal care when required
* Develop a strong understanding of individual learning styles and support needs
You
* Be passionate about supporting children and young people with additional needs
* Have experience working with children in educational or similar settings
* Demonstrate patience, resilience, and a positive attitude
* Build strong, professional relationships with pupils, families, and colleagues
* Be proactive, adaptable, and committed to helping every child succeed
Desirable Qualifications and Experience
* Supporting Teaching and Learning qualification, Childcare qualification, or similar
* Previous experience working within a UK school environment
* Experience supporting children with SEND
Requirements
* Hold the Right to Work in the UK
* Hold an Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service, or be willing to obtain one
* Provide two professional references covering the last two years
* Demonstrate a strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
