About Us: We are a group of three high-end Indian restaurants in London, each with its own distinctive identity and offering. We are now seeking a talented and driven Marketing & Events Manager to join our team in this newly created role for Vatavaran, Kutir, Manthan.
Role Overview: The Marketing & Events Manager will be responsible for developing and executing the marketing strategy across the restaurant group, driving revenue growth, and positioning our restaurants as premier destinations for dining and private events. This role will bring together the individual brand strategies of each restaurant under one cohesive umbrella, while maintaining and highlighting their unique character.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies for each restaurant and for the group as a whole.
* Create and execute innovative campaigns to increase reservations, footfall, and event bookings.
* Develop and deliver events, including in-house events, partnerships, and brand collaborations.
* Generate £100k events revenue monthly across three sites total.
* Generate coverage and build brand awareness.
* Oversee websites, SEO, newsletters, and paid campaigns.
* Monitor and analyse performance of marketing campaigns and events to ensure return on investment.
* Collaborate with operations and culinary teams to market seasonal menus, chef collaborations, and experiential events.
* Manage relationships with third-party agencies and suppliers where needed.
* Ensure brand guidelines and tone of voice are consistent across all platforms.
* Report regularly to the founders on strategy, performance, and opportunities.
Candidate Profile
* Proven track record in hospitality marketing, preferably in high-end or luxury restaurants, hotels, or lifestyle brands.
* Strong understanding of London’s dining and events landscape.
* Creative thinker with the ability to design and deliver engaging campaigns and experiences.
* Excellent network with press, influencers, and event partners.
* Strong project management and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Strong digital marketing knowledge, including social media and content creation.
* Proactive, self-driven, and results-oriented.
