Overview
This is an identified position for Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander applicants only. EOIs will be accepted on a rolling basis, noting that submissions received by 28th September 2025 will be considered as a priority. The UNSW Scientia Program aims to attract and retain exceptional early to mid-career researchers, with a focus on social engagement, global impact, and academic excellence.
Key Details
* Employment Type: Full time or part time. The program has flexibility for part time employment, and research breaks for participants to pursue other studies, engage with industry or to follow other interests.
* Duration: Four-year tenure track contract with the possibility of converting to a continuing position
* Eligibility: Level B (Lecturer) and C (Senior Lecturer) across any discipline. Candidates with compelling track records will be considered at levels A (Associate Lecturer) and D (Associate Professor).
* Remuneration: Academic Level A – D (plus 17% Superannuation and leave loading)
* Location: Kensington NSW
