This role sits at the centre of our commitment to delivering timely, accurate and high-quality services to our members.
Key Responsibilities
 * Lead and develop the team: Provide day-to-day leadership, support, and guidance to the Member Services team, fostering a positive and high-performing culture.
 * Ensure service accuracy and timeliness: Oversee the delivery of core services, ensuring that member benefits are calculated and paid correctly, on time and in line with policy and legislation.
 * Drive continuous improvement: Review and refine operational processes to improve efficiency and enhance the overall member experience.
 * Monitor performance and compliance: Track service delivery against KPIs ensuring compliance with internal procedures and external regulations.
 * Support member enquiries: Ensure the team provides clear, empathetic, and accurate responses to member queries, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
 * Collaboration across function: Work closely with other teams and services to ensure joined-up service delivery and contribute to wider organisational goals.
We are looking for a confident and capable leader who:
 * Has proven experience managing or assisting in managing operational teams.
 * Understands the importance of accuracy, timeliness, and empathy in service delivery.
 * Is passionate about improving processes and delivering excellent outcomes for members.
 * Can lead by example, motivate others, and manage performance effectively.
 * Is comfortable working with data and systems to monitor service quality and identify areas for improvement.
