An exciting opportunity has arisen for anEstimatorto join a growing Pre-Construction team within a well-established construction business.
The Company
A respected construction organisation with a strong reputation for quality delivery and professional development. Projects span multiple sectors including education, commercial, healthcare, industrial, defence, retail, and leisure, with values up to £30m.
The Role
As part of a small pre-construction team, you will play a key role in pricing and tendering activities, with clear progression opportunities towards Senior Estimator level.
Responsibilities include:
* Managing cost plans and pricing for single and two-stage tenders under JCT Design & Build contracts
* Producing Bills of Quantities (BOQs)
* Preparing take-offs and full cost plans
* Target cost reporting
* Supporting pre-construction surveying activities when required
Experience Required
* Minimum 1+ years xsngvjr experience in estimating or a construction-related role
* Experience or knowledge of Conquest software (advantageous)
* Experience working on projects within a similar build portfolio
