They are looking for ambitious and driven Fine Art Sales Consultantswho want to earn while their develop and progress in their career.They offer a thorough training programme to help you fulfil your potential as well as long term career opportunities for those who are driven to achieve. You'll build and establish strong relationships with existing and potential customers, understanding what pieces would appeal to them, and also letting them know when work from desirable artists becomes available. The company also have several celebrity artists on their books, and you'll have the chance to partner with them promoting their work.
Fine Art Sales Consultant - Responsibilities
Drive sales through excellent customer service and product knowledge
Manage and grow existing customer relationships
Identify and generate new sales opportunities
Meet and exceed sales targets
Continuously develop product knowledge to provide expert advice to customers
Work collaboratively with the wider sales team to achieve sales goals
Accurately record and manage customer information and sales data
Fine Art Sales Consultant - Required Skills
Proven track record of sales success in the Fine Art industry preferred but not essential
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team
Strong customer service, consultative selling skills
Highly motivated and driven to succeed
Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
Knowledge of home Fine Art and décor is desirable
As a Fine Art Sales Consultant, you'll receive a competitive salary package, including a basic salary and commission, with a realistic OTE of £60,000. You will also receive ongoing training and development opportunities to further your career. This role requires candidates who are happy to work five of every seven weekends as part of their role. The potential to earn high levels of OTE will come with this flexibility, and you will have the chance to work with millions of pounds worth of product per year.
