THE ROLE
* Managing subcontractors, materials, and the programme
* Reading, interpreting, and providing clear communication on site for layouts, material measurements, etc.
* Maintaining accurate site records

THE PERSON
* 3+ years' experience as a site engineer on residential builds, ideally with some commercial build experience.
* Qualification in Construction, Engineering, Management, or similar.
* Full UK driving license
