Overview
The role focuses on service contract administration, sales coordination, customer engagement, and cross‑functional support to meet unit and country quotas. It involves preparing quotes, forecasting, lead referral, product education, and process improvement, with an emphasis on proactive communication and customer focus.
Responsibilities
* Send quotes to customers for service contract renewals. Ensure repeat contract renewal by understanding customer buying decisions and patterns.
* Submit accurate weekly forecasts, along with any other reporting requirements, in conjunction with Baxter's CRM.
* Refer internal leads to Remote Sales Representatives when appropriate.
* Provide input on new markets, new product introductions, and existing products or supplies.
* Promote and establish education of the company's products and/or services.
* Manage and respond to customer concerns and problems.
* Complete customer contract/supplier forms and certification requests.
* Support projects, campaigns, documentation and process improvement.
* Closely collaborate with Business Units (BU's).
* Demonstrate the ability to work independently to meet individual KPIs, and collaboratively to support the overall Business Unit and Country quotas. Exhibit self-motivation, a proactive attitude and excellent communication skills.
Qualifications
* Competencies: Proven experience in service contract administration; preferably within a Corporate environment.
* Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship building skills.
* Excellent time management, multi-tasking and organisational skills.
* Fluency in local market language.
* Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals with customers.
* Demonstrated ability to be proactive and take initiative to get things done.
* Tenacity/intensity and results orientation.
* Strong customer focus.
* Passion for improving business performance and for ongoing professional development.
* Optional experience in the Medical Devices industry.
* A degree in science, technology, medical, or business-related subject, or equivalent experience, preferred.
