As Maintenance Engineering Team Lead you will be responsible for the development of planned and reactive maintenance plans on the companies suite of robotic, hydraulic & pneumatic equipment. You will lead and work alongside a small team of maintenance technicians to ensure the service and maintenance of equipment based across 2 manufacturing sites.
This role will involve time on and off the tools as you collaborate with a variety of technical teams to ensure maximised production and manufacturing efficiency.
Experienced mechanical/multi-skilled maintenance professional
Team/Shift leadership experience
Experience in the development and optimisation of maintenance systems
