A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Conveyancer or Paralegal to join a well-established and highly regarded Residential Property team.
The Role
Youll handle a broad range of residential conveyancing matters – from sales and purchases to exchanges and completions – with the support of a dedicated administrative and legal team. This role offers excellent scope to develop your technical skills and progress within a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing a varied caseload of residential property transactions
* Drafting and preparing contracts, agreements and other legal documents
* Liaising with clients, agents and other parties to ensure smooth progress of files
* Handling exchanges, completions and related post-completion work
* Assisting with new business enquiries and client onboarding
About You
* Previous experience in residential conveyancing (essential)
* Qualified (NQ Solicitor, CILEX, or equivalent) or qualified by experience
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Highly organised, detail‑oriented and proactive
* Strong IT skills, ideally with experience using case management systems
