As a Customer Care Assistant, you will be the face of your restaurant. You will establish and maintain positive communication with customers and keep the manager informed about customer satisfaction.
We are looking for someone who can work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment with a genuine smile and the ability to connect with customers, making them feel valued.
Friendly, welcoming, courteous, and helpful behavior should come naturally. You should work well as part of a team, possess effective communication skills such as attentive listening, face-to-face verbal communication, and maintaining eye contact. The ability to sustain high energy levels while working efficiently and productively is essential.
