Olivia is our friendly virtual assistant, available to support you navigate through the application process 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. She can answer common questions, guide candidates through application steps, arrange interviews and provide timely updates to help make the application process smoother and easier to navigate. Olivia cannot make hiring decisions; those are made by human recruiters.

You will need to provide original documents such as a valid passport or a valid UK/Ireland visa (with a college letter listing term dates, where applicable). Only original documents will be accepted.
Responsibilities
* As a Crew Member, you will deliver hot food in a clean and friendly restaurant, serving on the till, preparing food, or being out in the dining areas to look after customers\' needs.
* Provide friendly, fast and accurate service and complete tasks in line with training, company guidelines and management direction.
* Follow all workplace safety, security and food hygiene procedures and treat customers and colleagues with courtesy and respect, working as part of a supportive team.
* Maintain the highest standards of quality, service and cleanliness in the restaurant.
* Contribute to a positive customer experience by delivering good communication and teamwork.
