Job Details
Position: Food and Beverage Team Leader (Zero‑hour contract, fixed term until 31 October 2026). This rural role may require travel; please plan your commute before applying.

Hours & Salary
Hours: This role is zero‑hour. While we aim for consistency, schedules may change based on business needs. We’ll try to give as much notice as possible. The role includes weekend and Bank Holiday work but does not require evening or split shifts.
Salary: £12.75 per hour – our pay review process may increase this from 1st April 2026.
Responsibilities
* Provide day‑to‑day support to your team to ensure consistently great service
* Front‑of‑house duties: directly serve people, handling food & drink
* Maintain eye‑for‑detail in displays, signs, and food presentation
* Assist kitchen team with food preparation as needed
* Supervise induction and training of colleagues, building a dedicated team
* Assist with induction, allergen and food safety training, and any mentoring required; professional development opportunities available
