This time, we’re on the lookout for a German Speaking/Bilingual Customer Service Representative who will be working with the rest of our Contact Centre Team in Milton Keynes.
We have a number of full time shifts available with up to 39.15hours per week. All shifts require an element of flexibility with weekends.
Our German customer service team is open between Monday to Friday 08:00 – 18:00 and Weekends 08:00 – 17:00
Please note that attendance at the relevant Assessment Centre is required as part of the recruitment process. Successful candidates will need to be available to interview on the following dates:

Day/Mid Shift 14th August at 2pm
Confirmed Start Dates:
Day/Mid Shift-8th September

What You Will Be Doing
You will be representing our brand, providing our valued customers with consistently effortless experiences that inspire confidence and trust. With the customer at the heart of everything you do, you'll help them place orders, manage queries and resolve complaints through webchat, emails, and calls.

Alongside being fluent in German and English, you’ll have a genuine desire to help our customers and will be passionate about people with first class communication skills, both written and verbal.
