Business Unit Leadership & Development
Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for RLabs as a standalone business unit.
Conduct market and competitor analysis to refine positioning, pricing, and product strategy.
Build the R Labs brand as a trusted supplier of sustainable products.
Lead sourcing and development of new products aligned with Reflo’s sustainability and quality criteria.
Sales & Business Development
Own the sales pipeline for R Labs, from lead generation to contract close.
Financial Management & Performance
Develop pricing strategies to ensure profitability across product lines and projects.
Analyse performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Team Building & Leadership
Recruit and manage a small commercial team as the business grows.
Mentor, coach, and develop team members to drive performance.
Work with marketing to develop RLabs-specific assets, case studies, and pitch decks.
Compliance, Risk & Quality Assurance
Ensure adherence to legal, sustainability, and industry compliance standards.
Protect client confidentiality and deliver consistent quality across all products and services.
Create systems for contract, pricing, and stock management transparency.
12+ years of senior management experience in B2B sales, corporate merchandise, or private-label programs.
