At Hazel End, part of Anchor, we’re looking for two Senior Care Assistants to join our friendly team on days. This is a hands-on role where you’ll lead by example, support your colleagues, and make a real difference to the lives of our residents every single day.
What you’ll be doing:
1. Supporting residents with personal care, dignity and respect at the heart of everything you do
2. Leading and guiding Care Assistants during your shift
3. Administering medication in line with policies and training
4. Updating care plans and ensuring accurate record keeping
5. Promoting independence, choice and wellbeing
6. Acting as a key point of contact for families and professionals
What we’re looking for:
7. Previous experience as a Care Assistant (Senior experience desirable)
8. NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care (or working towards)
9. Confidence with medication administration
10. A natural leader with a compassionate, calm approach
11. Flexibility to work some weekends
