Eden Scott’s client is seeking a dynamic and highly organised Banking Manager Assistant to support their banking operations in Edinburgh. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of banking procedures. You will work closely with the banking manager to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting with account management.
2. Assist in the implementation of banking policies and procedures.
3. Monitor branch operations to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
4. Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence for the banking manager.
5. Maintain accurate records of transactions and customer interactions.
6. Coordinate with other departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
7. Process cash transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and payments.
8. Verify the accuracy of transactions and reconcile discrepancies.
9. Assist customers with account openings, loan applications, and other banking services.
10. Handle customer complaints and ensure prompt resolution.
11. Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.
