Dorchester Aesthetics Centre is an established, results-driven aesthetics clinic known for advanced technology, exceptional client care, and professional standards.
We are seeking a Freelance (Self-Employed) Beauty Therapist to deliver one specialist treatment only within the clinic.
This opportunity is ideal for:
* Therapists wanting to boost their income alongside other work, or
* Level 2 Beauty students looking to gain valuable hands-on experience within a successful, professional clinic environment
All training will be provided for the designated treatment, making this a fantastic stepping stone into advanced aesthetics.
The Role
You will provide one pre-assigned specialist treatment to our clients, working on a booked-hours basis only, offering flexibility and no fixed shift commitments.
You will operate as self-employed, managing your own tax and National Insurance responsibilities, while benefiting from working within a busy, reputable clinic with an established client base.
Responsibilities
* Deliver the assigned specialist treatment to a consistently high clinical standard
* Conduct consultations, patch tests (where required), and provide clear aftercare advice
* Prepare and maintain a clean, hygienic treatment room following clinic protocols and health & safety regulations
* Ensure all tools and equipment are sanitised and stored correctly
* Provide excellent customer care and maintain the warm, professional DAC client experience
* Manage appointment times efficiently and professionally
* Represent the clinic and brand with confidence and professionalism
Requirements
* Beauty Therapy qualification or currently studying Level 2 Beauty Therapy
* Genuine interest in skin health and aesthetics
* Professional, reliable, and friendly manner
* Excellent communication and client care skills
* Good organisation and time management
* Ability to work flexibly around bookings (including some weekends if required)
* Previous experience helpful but not essential — full treatment training provided
