Responsibilities
* Relationship agreements
* Divorce and financial claims (including TOLATA and Schedule 1)
* Private law children’s matters
Additional Experience/Qualifications
* 4–5 PQE in Family Law
* Strong advocacy and client care skills
* Proactive approach to marketing and business development
* Team player with ambition and drive
* A qualification as a trained mediator would be an advantage
