The role offers exposure to a broad mix of complex, high‑value disputes, including property litigation, commercial disputes and professional negligence, with genuine scope to influence the future direction of the team. With succession planning firmly in mind, this position would suit a Senior Associate who enjoys taking ownership of significant matters while also contributing strategically to the growth and development of a litigation practice. The caseload will include complex disputes across property and commercial litigation, as well as professional negligence claims, acting for both pursuers (often via insurers) and defenders. Alongside managing your own matters, you’ll support the strategic growth of the dispute resolution team, mentor and develop junior colleagues and contribute to the continued evolution of the wider litigation offering.
