About the Role
As the Sales Director, you will be responsible for leading our sales strategy, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. You will play a key role in expanding our client base, promoting our security services, and ensuring that Mountain Security Services continues to be the provider of choice in our market.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company growth and revenue targets
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities within commercial, residential, and industrial sectors
* Lead, coach, and manage the sales team to maximize performance
* Build long-term relationships with clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
* Collaborate with operations to design customized security solutions for prospective clients
* Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client needs
* Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and strategic recommendations
* Represent Mountain Security Services at industry events, conferences, and client meetings
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
* Proven experience in sales leadership, ideally within security services or B2B service industries
* Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
* Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
* Ability to build trust and credibility with clients and partners
* Strategic thinker with strong analytical and planning capabilities
* Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
