What You’ll Be Doing:
* Promote and sell HERMA UK’s self-adhesive materials.
* Manage and grow existing customer relationships.
* Develop new business opportunities and reinforce long-term partnerships.
* Respond to product enquiries and support customer needs.
* Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with specifications and deadlines.
* Work remotely and structure your own workload.
* Maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
* Analyse customer data and contribute to sales strategy.
* Set budgets and achieve monthly/annual targets.
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven success in generating and securing new business.
* Knowledge of self-adhesive materials, print, or packaging industries (a plus).
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* Strong sales techniques and commercial awareness.
* Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and grow.
