About You & The Role
Maintenance Technician
Reporting to: Regional Estates Supervisor
Location: Exeter, Torbay, and surrounding areas
Salary: £28,940, company van, fuel card, and uniform provided

Job Scope
The Maintenance Technician will manage a portfolio of services, working with service managers to maintain optimal environments. They will be part of a team, reporting to the Regional Estates Supervisor for instructed works.
Job Responsibilities
* Attend sites regularly for instructed works
* Reactive repairs and planned works including painting, electrical, carpentry, locks, grounds maintenance, basic electrical and plumbing works, and more
* Use initiative and report additional works needed
* Escalate issues appropriately
* Complete online training and comply with policies
* Provide excellent customer service
