Overview
The Role: Collaboration & Initiative. As Mum is self-employed and often works from home, we operate a shared and sole care model where Mum will assist with splitting the drop offs and pick ups, and also taking some to their activities after school. We need a nanny who is an expert at reading the room—someone who can take full charge of the three older children while being a supportive presence when Mum is with the newborn.
This is a fast-paced role requiring a competent and confident individual who can manage multiple schedules while maintaining a nurturing environment.
Proactive Care: Taking the lead on nursery duties, school/nursery runs, and meal prep. Mum is around also from 3pm to assist with pick ups and various activities for the children.
Activity Coordination: Driving or walking children to their various sporting and dance commitments.
Developmental Support: Implementing age-appropriate play and supporting the transition of a new baby into the family dynamic.
Gentle Parenting: We value patience and a calm demeanour. We don\'t use time-outs or harsh discipline; we believe in validating feelings and maintaining a peaceful, happy home.
What We Are Looking For
* Energy & Enthusiasm: Someone who isn\'t afraid to kick a football in the garden or join in a kitchen dance-off.
* Organisational Prowess: Ability to keep the "chaos" organised, from kit bags to healthy meal planning.
* Driving License: Essential for reaching local clubs and activities.
The September Shift
Once our new baby arrives and the older three are in their routines (School/Nursery until 12:15/15:30), your mornings will involve drop-offs and assisting with the infant once feeding and sleep routine has been established. As she grows, you will transition into more daytime sole care for the baby, while managing the energetic afternoons consisting of school runs and extracurriculars.

* Active Lifestyles: With a membership to Roehampton Club, our days are filled with swimming, golf, and rugby. A strong swimmer and a confident London driver are absolute essentials (Automatic nanny car provided).
Duties & Travel
* Full Nursery Duties: Maintaining the children\'s wardrobes, healthy meal prep, and keeping their spaces organised.
* Global Travel: We travel frequently to beautiful locales (France, Barbados, Greece, etc.). We would love for you to accompany us on some trips, providing the same professional, discreet care abroad as you do at home.
* Proxy Parenting: Occasional overnight proxy parenting will be required when parents are traveling or working.
* Experienced: Comfortable managing 3 children of varying ages simultaneously.
* Discreet & Professional: Able to balance being a warm part of the family while maintaining professional boundaries in a busy home.
