The operations team supports educators and clients in the matching process, ensuring both parties can meet and derive value from the marketplace. They oversee urgent bookings, short-term jobs, long-term jobs, and permanent placements daily.
Role: Support Coordinator
As a Support Coordinator, you are a service-oriented professional responsible for maintaining high service levels via phone, email, and the marketplace by responding to queries during working hours. You assist educators and clients with their questions and manage bookings in the system.
The Support Coordinator reports to the Team Lead for the respective market.
Responsibilities
* Resource exceptional candidates to meet demand
* Recruit and onboard high-quality educators into the marketplace
* Create a positive first impression of Humly, demonstrating service-mindedness and a genuine interest in helping educators find opportunities
* Maintain open communication channels during working hours
* Provide first-line support for questions from clients, educators, and external contacts
* Ensure excellent service delivery to clients and educators
* Match urgent and short-term jobs in the marketplace when capacity is exceeded
* Be a proactive team player committed to impacting team success
KPIs
* Number of booked interviews, candidates completing compliance, and candidates placed in work
* Timely completion of administrative tasks such as PO numbers and system updates
* Educating clients and educators on app usage
* Supporting with administrative tasks like timesheets and training
* Flexibility to adapt focus based on business needs

Preferred Qualities
* Experience in education or recruitment
* Strong administrative skills, attention to detail, organization, and communication
* Full UK driving license preferred; ability to commute daily to our London office is required
