Overview:
Join British Gas Services and Solutions as a Commercial Partnerships Lead, driving customer growth through strategic partnerships within our CX and Commercial team.
About the role:
You will launch and manage strategic partnerships, coordinating with internal teams to ensure successful launches and smooth transitions, addressing early challenges. Collaborate with Product and Technology teams to integrate partner needs, oversee implementation plans, manage milestones, and resolve risks. Lead cross-functional meetings to track progress and resolve bottlenecks.
Post-launch, monitor partnership performance, develop business cases, and ensure service levels. Support partners, ensure contract and campaign execution, and maintain operational compliance with FCA regulations, legal standards, and governance policies.
What we’re looking for:
* Experience in operational implementation or commercial execution, preferably in home services, telco, banking, energy, insurance, or large-scale partnerships.
* Strong knowledge of contract law, risk management, and compliance.
* Ability to handle complex negotiations and align partner expectations with business needs.
* Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills.
