We’re looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our growing consultancy in the utilities sector. This is a unique opportunity to operate at both a strategic and hands-on level, driving people initiatives that support business growth and cultural transformation.
In this role, you will:
* Partner with senior leaders to shape and deliver HR strategies aligned with organisational goals
* Lead on talent management, succession planning, and leadership development
* Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion across the business
* Support transformation programmes, embedding new systems and ways of working
* Act as a trusted advisor on employee relations, performance, and workforce planning
We are seeking someone with:
* Proven HR Business Partner or senior HR generalist experience in a fast-paced environment
* Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
* Background in organisational design, cultural change, or transformation
* Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
* CIPD Level 5 qualification (or above) preferred
* Experience within consultancy, professional services, or the utilities/infrastructure sectors would be an advantage
