Business Analyst (Process) 14 Month Contract - Outside IR35 Location: Relocation to Jersey required Duration: 14 months Status : Outside IR35 We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst (Process) to support a major transformation programme involving Business Central and integration with a wider benefits platform. This role will focus on process mapping, requirements definition, and supporting design, testing, and go-live readiness across business and technical teams. Key Responsibilities: Produce As-Is and To-Be process maps Define and baseline functional and non-functional requirements Support gap analysis, user stories, and acceptance criteria Define data and integration requirements Support UAT, defect triage, and sign-off Contribute to cutover planning and business readiness Maintain RAID and provide weekly reporting Requirements: Strong experience in complex transformation programmes Proven background in process mapping and requirements gathering Experience supporting testing and UAT Strong stakeholder engagement skills Experience using JIRA and Confluence
