This is a 2nd line of defence role in risk management department (RMD), providing oversight, review, and challenge of our third-party relationships.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nRegional entities/branches collaboration to improve the effectiveness of the TPRM frameworks\nSupport the harmonisation of the TPRM framework in the EMEA region whilst respecting entity specific/local regulatory and business expectations\nApply TPRM best practise and adherence to a 'fit for purpose' governance in the region.\nSupport risk colleagues with TPRM change management responsibilities\nSupport EMEA risk management insourcing of services\nSupporting CPRMD framework while ensuring compliance with regional and local jurisdictional requirements \n\nRequirements:\n\nExperience in delivering within an investment bank environment\nExperience in supporting a similar TPRM function in the 2nd line Risk Management Department\nWorking knowledge of regulations related to third party risk & operational resilience (EBA Outsourcing Guideline, DORA, FCA SYSC 8, PRA SS2/21 Outsourcing guideline) and be able to apply knowledge\nUnderstanding the "Three Lines of Defence" (3LoD) governance model\nGood knowledge of risk management, information security risk, internal audit, operational risk, legal/ compliance in the TPRM space\nExperience in writing policies, framework, and procedure documents\nExperience in managing working groups towards defined deliverables\nEffective communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills\nUnderstanding of risk frameworks and their link to risk strategy & appetite setting \n\nCandidates will ideally show evidence of the above in their CV in order to be considered.\n\nPlease be advised if you haven't heard from us within 48 hours then unfortunately your application has not been successful on this occasion, we may however keep your details on file for any suitable future vacancies and contact you accordingly
