Responsibilities
* Maintain security systems and equipment at client sites.
* Conduct routine maintenance and inspections of security systems to ensure optimal performance.
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to security systems and equipment.
* Provide on-site and remote technical support to clients regarding their security solutions.
* Educate clients on the proper use and functionality of security systems and equipment.
* Document service activities and maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance performed.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Service Engineer or similar role in the security industry.
* Strong technical knowledge of security systems, including CCTV, access control, and intrusion detection.
* Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure.
* Superb communication and customer service skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
* Technical certification in electronics, security systems, or a related field is preferred.
* Flexibility to work varied hours and on-call as required for service requests.
