Overview
First Military Recruitment is currently seeking an Assistant Condition Monitoring Engineer on behalf of one of our clients.

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Perform condition monitoring activities such as vibration analysis, oil analysis, thermograph analysis, internal inspection, onsite balancing, and field alignment using laser tools or conventional dial indicators.
2. Create/modify equipment databases.
3. Define condition monitoring measuring points.
4. Carry out data collection with high quality.
5. Analyze oil and hydraulic fluids and provide recommendations to the plant.
6. Maintain a proactive approach to continuously improve services and generate new business opportunities.
7. Ensure compliance with all company Quality Assurance systems and documentation.
Skills and Qualifications:
1. Experience in an engineering role, preferably with mechanical and electrical expertise.
2. Strong analytical skills.
3. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a collaborative approach.
4. Ability to write clear, eloquent, and concise emails.
5. Attention to detail and robust time-management skills.
6. Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
8. Right to work in the UK and a full UK driving license.
9. Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
Location: Birkenhead, Liverpool
Salary: £30,000 – £90,000 per annum
