About you Previous experience working within a similar role ideally within a trade counter or customer-facing role, ideally within a warehouse or distribution environment Previous supervising experience Proficient with MS Office Duties Receive, inspect, and manage goods in Assist customers with enquiries, order processing, and product selection at the trade counter Support deliveries and collections Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch to customers Train, motivate, and support warehouse and trade counter staff Lead and manage staff Oversee stock control processes Complete admin duties linked to delivery notes Ensure all Health & Safety policies and procedures are adhered to Other adhoc duties To be considered for this vacancy, please APPLY with an updated CV.
