An exciting opportunity has now arisen within the Saffron Walden Agency.
About the role:
Due to the continuing success of our growing Agency, we are recruiting for a full time Customer Service Adviser within our team. You will be providing exceptional service to both our existing customer base and new customers. On a day-to-day basis you will be dealing with new sales and enquiries, existing policy changes and claims, all with a ‘can do’ proactive enthusiasm.
About you:
The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a customer service role, excellent telephone manner, superb attention to detail and a flexible people orientated approach. You will relish the challenge of being part of a truly customer-focused ambitious team. Ability to work to strict deadlines within a compliant environment and manage a complex workload. Capable IT user, including Microsoft and quick to adapt.
5 GCSE’s (or equivalent qualifications) at grade C or above including Maths and English are essential.
