Salary: MPS - UPS (plus SEN1 Allowance)

We are working in partnership with a well-regarded Special Educational Needs (SEND) provision in the Salisbury area to recruit an inspiring and dedicated Complex Needs Teacher. This is an exciting opportunity to take the lead in establishing a brand-new class for pupils with profound and multiple learning difficulties (PMLD) and complex needs within a nurturing, all-through setting (ages 4-19).

The Opportunity:
* Set up and lead a new PMLD class at a well supported and innovative school
* Play a key role in shaping the early experiences of new pupils entering the school
* Work collaboratively with a highly skilled, multi-disciplinary team of professionals within a trust-wide network

Ideal Candidate:
* A qualified teacher (ECTs welcome) with experience or a strong interest in SEND, Early Years or Primary Education
* Passionate about supporting pupils with complex needs and committed to helping them achieve their full potential
* A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and can build strong, working relationships with teaching assistants, therapists and leadership
* A creative, flexible practitioner eager to develop their practice ina nurturing and forward thinking setting
