Accounts Assistant - 6 Month Fixed-Term Contract - £30,000 - £35,000 Robert Half are working with a well-established organisation in North Oxfordshire who are seeking an Accounts Assistant to join their finance team on a 6 month fixed-term contract. This position will provide day-to-day support to the Finance Manager, assisting with a variety of finance and accounting tasks across the business. Key duties will include: Processing invoices across both purchase and sales ledger Performing bank reconciliations and maintaining cash records Assisting with payment runs and monitoring staff expenses Supporting credit control activities and issuing customer statements Maintaining accurate finance records and digital filing systems Assisting with month-end processes and account reconciliations The ideal candidate will have: Previous experience within an accounts or finance support role Strong IT skills, particularly with Excel Excellent organisational and time management skills High levels of accuracy and attention to detail Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
