Highland Health and Social Care Services support individuals from all backgrounds, as well as their families and carers. They provide assistance in various situations related to illness, disability, old age, or poverty.
An exciting opportunity has arisen within the East Caithness Health and Social Care Team. We seek a motivated and enthusiastic individual to work as part of a multidisciplinary team, providing holistic care to patients in their homes. Your main responsibility will be to support service users in maintaining their independence. Flexibility and initiative are essential. The role involves delivering high standards of patient care to ensure a high-quality service to the community.
Experience is not required but is beneficial. Full training will be provided, and there is an opportunity to complete an SVQ in Health & Social Care.
A driving license is essential, and applicants should have access to their own vehicle for work purposes.
This is a fixed-term, part-time position of 22.5 hours per week until September 2025, working 7:00 am to 2:00 pm on a rota basis of 4 days on, 4 days off, or as per service needs.
This role does not meet the eligibility criteria for a visa sponsorship, and NHS Highland cannot provide a Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS).
