HGV Driver & Driver Trainer - Bolton - Earn £150 to £175 per day - Apply today! \nIgnition Driver Recruitment is actively seeking an experienced Class 1 Driver trainer who will be based in Bolton. We have a number of clients across the UK who will require Driver Training, but you will be based in Bolton initially, and when there is no requirement for Driver Training, you will be required to be OTR for various clients. (Please note, when you are driving for clients, the rates of pay will vary). \n\nTo be considered for this role, it is essential that you have: \n\n - C+E Licence holder, Minimum of 4yrs continuous C+E use\n - Maximum of 3 penalty points (some endorsement codes may not be accepted)\n - Valid DQC\n - Tachograph Card\n - Excellent Knowledge of Assimilated Drivers Hours\n - Excellent Knowledge of Road Transport (Working Time) Directive\n - Ability to work alone and as part of a team\n\nWorking as a Driver Trainer you will: \n\n - Develop and implement tailored driver training programmes with various clients\n - Monitor metrics, maintain records, and promote safety culture\n - Address training-related inquiries and concerns promptly\n - Conduct Driving Assessments\n - Carry out inductions/site SSOWS\n - Drivers Licence Checks\n - Have an excellent knowledge of the WTD/Drivers hours\n - Carry out Tacho workshops/ Driver counselling\n\nThis is a varied role, and you must be flexible and willing to embrace change and new opportunities.
