Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and multi-skilled Midweight Designer to join our in-house Marketing team. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to work closely with our main lifestyle business as well as all our specialized departments, including Quintessentially Experiences, Quintessentially Travel, Quintessentially Weddings, Quintessentially Estates and more. No two days are the same at Quintessentially - we take pride in delivering beautifully crafted content and inspiration to our luxury clients and partners.

Main duties & responsibilities to include but not limited to:

Develop assets for marketing communications to support our 30+ global partner and hub offices across a range of online and offline channels.
Lead social campaign shoots showcasing our luxury partners, curate briefs working with stakeholders, and edit video content for distribution.
Work alongside internal marketing team on design briefs for social media content across multiple channels.
Work with the website team to assist in UX designs, image sourcing and further design functions.
Curate, source and manage our global image library.
Be a brand guardian, ensuring our assets are consistent across our global communications.
Support ongoing Member App design work, including sourcing imagery and design work.
Generate creative ideas that answer project briefs and brand challenges.
Collaborate in brainstorming sessions with designers, copywriter and Head of Brand and Content.
Support Lead Designer on design briefs, to ensure smooth execution and achieving creative deadlines.


Knowledge sought:

Our ideal candidate is passionate about luxury services and has an eye for detail and beautifully timeless design.

Digitally native, they will understand the importance of creating content for digital platforms with a mobile-first approach.

Skills in video editing, image sourcing, editing and resizing is a must.

Efficient communicator, able to liaise with a wide range of international stakeholders.

Excellent time management skills, working in unison with the marketing team and the wider Quintessentially departments to ensure we’re delivering our best work.

Requirements:

Hands-on skills with Adobe Creative Suite including In-Design, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and Premier Pro.

Confidence and ability to art direct video shoots and edit rushes into beautifully crafted videos for social media.

Knowledge in Figma is a bonus.

They should also be comfortable using PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

A relevant design degree, and/or the equivalent industry experience (3+ years).

Hours of work:

Contractual hours are from 0900 to 1730 Monday to Friday.

However, it may be the case that in order to fulfill the duties of the role, different or additional hours may be necessary.

Requirement to be on call outside working hours in case of service-related emergency.
