Qualifications
What We’re Looking for in Our Next Care Professionals
You’ll thrive in this role if you’re kind, dependable, and passionate about helping others live well at home. Ideally you’ll have:
12. A compassionate and patient nature
13. Confidence in supporting with personal care and medication
14. Good communication skills and the ability to build trust
15. Consistent and reliable availability, with a commitment to agreed working hours
16. Previous experience in care or a related role (preferred but not essential)
