Role Purpose
Spirit is seeking a Project Controller to oversee Project Management activities within projects, including the creation and maintenance of project schedules and programs.

* Salary: From £37,022
This opportunity, based at our Prestwick site, offers:
* 37-hour work week (half-day Friday)
* Shift premiums up to 33%, where applicable

Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain accurate development and/or production schedules and resource plans to support projects.
* Support the implementation of project management best practices across projects.
* Control the internal contract review process, coordinating data from various functions, organizing meetings, ensuring actions are completed, maintaining documentation, and publishing reports.
* Support risk management activities, including organizing meetings, maintaining risk matrices, and reporting risk and mitigation statuses.
* Assist functional managers and project managers in creating and controlling project and functional plans during the non-recurring phase of new projects and major changes.
* Help develop, report, and review performance metrics, ensuring accurate reporting through KPIs.
* Maintain customer reports and presentations, coordinating information for major reviews.
* Serve as the point of contact with Finance and Commercial teams to monitor and control project budgets.
* Facilitate and chair regular improvement and change review meetings to drive project activities.
Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
* Good interpersonal and influencing skills

* General knowledge of the business
* Proficiency with standard IT tools: MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Project
