We are seeking a Contract Asset Manager to support our growing portfolio of client projects. The successful candidate will play a key role in helping clients procure, manage, and optimise their energy infrastructure assets and service providers.
Key Responsibilities
* Support clients in the procurement and management of service providers, including design-and-build contractors, billing partners, and maintenance suppliers.
* Monitor performance of operational assets, ensuring compliance with contractual and technical KPIs.
* Conduct financial and technical model reviews, providing insights into asset performance, costs, and returns.
* Assist in utilities procurement and ensure cost-effective supply arrangements.
* Deliver detailed performance and financial reports to clients, highlighting key trends, risks, and opportunities.
* Ensure best-practice contract management principles are applied throughout project lifecycles.
* Work closely with developers and asset owners to optimise long-term asset value and reliability.
About You
* Proven experience in contract and asset management within the energy infrastructure sector.
* Strong background in procurement and commercial management of infrastructure projects.
* Understanding of low-carbon and renewable energy systems, such as heat networks, solar PV or battery storage.
* Excellent analytical, financial, and reporting skills.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
* Degree in engineering, commercial management, or a related field preferred.
