Key Responsibilities
* Serve as the first point of contact on the main telephone line, handling all enquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
* Oversee a shared team inbox, triaging incoming emails and ensuring timely responses to priority messages.
* Handle client queries directly following training, with clear escalation pathways for complex or technical issues.
* Manage the support portal, coordinating with internal departments to resolve issues promptly.
* Monitor workflow boards to support task allocation and maintain efficient daily operations.
* Arrange international travel and accommodation for staff and clients, ensuring compliance with company policies.
* Provide ad hoc support across a variety of administrative tasks to keep everything running smoothly.
