This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys an "all-round" office-based role. This position will see you performing financial and administrative duties for a manufacturingpany from their offices on the outskirts of Bridgend. You will need to be highly experienced with double-entry bookkeeping and administrative processes, including the following;
1. Accounts payable and receivable using SAGE 50
2. Bank reconciliation
3. Journals
4. Monthly nominal check
5. Monthly VAT returns
6. Credit control & aged debt management
7. Producing monthly MI and reports (balance sheet and P&L)
8. Managingpany credit cards and expenses
Additionally, you will have a number of non-financial duties which will include but not be limited to:
9. Handling iing calls, enquiries, and front-office duties
10. HR administration to include holidays, attendance and staff files
11. Managing office consumables inventory and procurement
Ideally AAT 3 (although if you are qualified by experience, that will suffice), you will need similar experience in a varied and autonomous role. You will need to be independent, organised, have superb administration and time management skills as well as exemplary attention to detail!
This role is 100% office-based, and full-time.
