Do you have strong customer service and call handling experience? Our client, an investment platform, is looking for a Client Services Consultant to play a key role in delivering exceptional service to advisers and clients. You’ll handle day-to-day operational tasks, including onboarding, ISA/GIA transfers, withdrawals, client updates, platform set-ups, and general enquiries, ensuring high-quality, compliant outcomes.
What You’ll Do:
* Act as first point of contact for advisers, clients, and third parties
* Process operational tasks efficiently while maintaining high standards
* Identify improvements to enhance client experience and efficiency
* Adhere to KPIs, SLAs, and regulatory requirements (Consumer Duty, GDPR, CASS)
Skills & Experience:
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Attention to detail, analytical, and organised
* Self-motivated and proactive
* Experience with financial platforms, ISAs/SIPPs, or phone-based enquiries is a plus
* Financial Services qualifications and interest in investments beneficial
